Mary Elizabeth Winstead has signed on to star in "Make It Happen." Mary Elizabeth was most recently seen in Quentin Tarantino's thriller, "Death Proof," part of The Weinstein Company's double feature, "Grindhouse." Her other credits include New Line's "Final Destination 3" and The Weinstein Company's "Bobby." Mary Elizabeth will next be seen in this summer's much anticipated Fox release, "Live Free or Die Hard," as the daughter of Bruce Willis' character, John McClane.
"Make It Happen" begins principle photography August 7th.

Music video director Darren Grant will direct "Make It Happen." Grant's directorial debut was the 2005 Lionsgate release, "Diary of a Mad Black Woman." "Diary," which cost $5 million, went on to gross more than $50 million at the domestic box office. With a catalogue of over 130 music videos and award winning commercials, Grant has worked with top music artists like Jewel, Destiny's Child and Jay-Z, bringing his own signature style and dramatic instincts to their videos
Also added to the list of talent for "Make It Happen" are Director of Photography David Claessen (Diary of a Mad Black Woman), Production Designer Ray Kluga (Just My Luck), Costume Designer Karyn Wagner (The Notebook, The Green Mile), and Music Supervisor Dano Sano (Blue Crush, Into the Blue).

Writing partners Charley & Vlas Parlapanides have been hired to come aboard "Freerunner." The brothers are new writers and already have an explosive heist movie set up at Universal starring 50 Cent.
Writer Shauna Cross has been hired to come aboard "Make It Happen." A new talent, Cross also has a project set up at Warner Bros with Drew Barrymore's Flower Films producing.

The Mayhem Project has closed a deal with The Weinstein Company to handle international sales on "Clock Tower" and "Make It Happen."
"These are two films that make great sense for independent distributors around the world," TWC's President of international Glen Basner said. "We are thrilled that The Mayhem Project has entrusted international sales to TWC International."

Screenwriter Neal Marshall Stevens has been hired to continue writing duties on "Sanctuary." Stevens is known to genre fans as the creator of "Thir13en Ghosts."

Screenwriter Jeff Timon has been hired to write "Again," a high-concept action thriller in the vein of "Run Lola Run" and "The Butterfly Effect." The story follows a man who must work his way through a chain of events to discover who is responsible for the killing of his wife.

Following The Mayhem Project's theme of bringing new styles to film, the company has hired David Coggeshall, "Desire" and "Watch Over Me", to write a tale exploring a brand of athleticism that already looks to be taking the world's cites by storm. The storyline is being kept under wraps but this fast-paced thriller promises to be both an ideal showcase for the style as well as delivering high-octane action.

Screenwriter Ronnie Christensen has been hired to write "Sanctuary," an original story about a professional woman who seeks to discover the mystery behind numerous deaths at a hospital. Her life is overturned when the investigation turns into a fight against the supernatural and possession.
